My work is devoted to helping people live what they already know — with clarity, responsibility, and care.
I work at the intersection of psychology and spiritual development, supporting individuals in clearing what no longer serves, strengthening inner coherence, and aligning their lives with what is most true.
This is not surface-level change. It is work that engages the whole person — mind, body, heart, and spirit — so insight can be integrated rather than idealized, and lived rather than held apart from daily reality.
A grounded foundation
My professional background includes doctoral-level training in psychology, decades of study in healing and somatic disciplines, and a long-standing commitment to spiritual development that has matured over time and is now held within a Western Hermetic and esoteric lineage-based tradition.
I have spent my life studying how people heal — what supports genuine healing, what interferes with it, and what allows that healing to be sustained.
Psychology and spiritual practice inform this work not as parallel paths, but as integrated ways of understanding how human beings heal, mature, and live in the world.
How I work
I do not offer quick fixes, identity upgrades, or spiritualized solutions to complex human experiences.
My approach emphasizes discernment, responsibility, and embodiment.
Insight matters only when it can be lived.
Spiritual awareness matters only when it strengthens relationship, integrity, and choice.
The work unfolds at a pace that allows integration into everyday life — respecting both the human nervous system and the deeper rhythms required for real, lasting change.
Sacred Lights & lineage-based work
I am the founder of Sacred Lights, which exists both as an online platform and as an in-person center dedicated to lineage-based spiritual practice.
Sacred Lights online offers access to lineage-based resources alongside supportive non-lineage wellness materials designed to help people orient, learn, and integrate.
The Sacred Lights Center is a physical location offering lineage-based teachings, healings, and initiations rooted in the mystery school tradition, held within clear structure, training, and responsibility.
My personal work remains distinct from Sacred Lights, while staying in integrity with the lineage and the responsibilities it carries.
